The Border Boys inaugural Million Dollar Classic took place at Pyrford Lakes on 5th May 2024.
What turned out to be a great day, 71 golfers battled it out to be crowned the 2024 Champion and to have a shot at the £10,000 hole-in-one on the tenth. Some had a solid round whilst others found the water on a number of occasions. One participant (no names mentioned) fell into the lake after failing to secure his buggy.
Unfortunately there were no winners of the £10,000 hole-in-one but well done to Marc who came within a matter of inches and had a number of hearts racing. Border Boys had their first ladies four-ball enter and we would like to say a special thank you to Lucy, Natanje, Susie and Ann for being a part of a great day.
Graham Cowing was crowned as the 2024 champion and was presented his trophy and the Million Dollar prize along with a host of other fantastic prizes. Well done to Natanje Holt who came in second place and Gary Boucher who finished third.
